Payment must be paid in full after you give me the necessary information and before I start your drawing once the sketch is confirmed.
I will not start working on your order until I receive the full payment.
I only accept payment via Paypal - Other methods of payment will not be accepted.
You need to pay me for my “Goods and services” on Paypal, do not send me payment as gifts.My price list is definitive and cannot be negotiated - Prices cannot be modified for you specifically unless the price list itself is modified. Any negotiation for that reason can lead me to refuse your order.
The price of the order can increase if it is a big project requiring more time.Refunds will be issued only in those specific cases and under those specific conditions :✦ If no work has been performed. - USAGE -
My work is not for commercial use - If you need an order for personnel use, read this section. If your order is of another type, please contact me directly and we will discuss it.✦ I own all the rights for the images I create.✦ I own all the rights for the preliminary work. Concepts and unfinished work I create can be reproduced for my own needs.✦ Client’s content [ pre-existing character, markings, etc… ] remains the exclusive property of the client or of the original owner.✦ Orders I complete are restricted to personal use, except if asked otherwise. The client cannot distribute or sell my work without prior agreement and a formal contract with me.Orders I complete can and will be used for my personal portfolio. If I decide to use your order in another manner or under another form, I will discuss it with you to determine if I am allowed to do it.
If the client wishes to publish my work on a website or social media, he/she must credit me for it. Credit must include my social media name (@Akinablood) and (at least) one of my social media links.The final result can be posted on my social media accounts, and in this case, will be accompanied by my signature (@Akinablood) as a watermark.
You can :✔ Use my work as profile picture, cover picture, etc… Given the fact that you credit me.You cannot :✘ Use my picture on merchandising and sell it.
✘ Sell my work as being yours.
